The driveway was 24 yrs old, flooding at one end, drain collapsing, gas board removed a main gas box from a bush on the drive up to the house, this meant we could get more cars on ,but it left a massive hole and no old bricks, Henderson’s came same day, had a great plan, next day started ,took half the drive up,raised it filled the hole, placed new bricks up to the house and used those ones to fill the gaps at the front, amazing job drive looks fantastic, friendly,courteous,clean team, we wouldn’t use anyone else, they are quick, good and reasonably priced. Totally recommend them.

Received a leaflet about this company awhile ago. Contacted for a price and advice about what would be our best option, agreed the price which we felt was affordable for us. Tommy and his team turned up the following week and within 1 day, old driveway, bushes were dug out. Base prepared and laid along with compressed sand. Tommy and his team relaid one patio and created a new one. Builders left our existing patio resembling a disaster area. Tommy guided us through the selection of new pavers that would complement our old existing pavers. His team, with his eye for detail, were able to blend the new pavers with our existing pavers to produce an overall look we thought impossible to achieve. The second patio was all new pavers but when viewed while standing beteeen the two you would struggle th know what was new and what was a blend of new and existing. We got in touch with Hendersons after seeing a driveway they had recently completed near to where we live. Tommy came round and quoted us then and there on the spot and started the work a few days later. From start to finish work was completed in 2.5 days. All the lads worked so hard, all very friendly and above all else did an amazing job. We were suprised at how reasonable the price was too. We needed a new drive, we were just hesitant to take the plunge into searching for a reputable company, we then saw a house just down the road from us having theirs done and it struck us what a professional looking firm. We pulled up to this property and enquired, Tommy was on site and within 10 minutes he came to our house and within 30 minutes a price was agreed. The team arrived days later all completed in 1 ½ days! I can honestly say that I was so impressed with the whole process we did not have to worry about a thing. I contacted Tommy at 3pm on a Friday and he was round an hour later. A fair price was agreed and work began on the Monday. The team were incredibly hard working (the main day working flat out for 12.5 hours) and we could not believe how tidy they were, constantly cleaning up after themselves. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the final product is better than we imagined. Tommy checked in multiple times each day to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were happy. It’s also worth noting that they use the finest materials, which is not always the case with other companies.

This was a very easy transaction right for the beginning, as within a few hours of contacting Tommy Henderson, he arrived to give a quote for the work. Me and my next door neighbour have just had our drives done by Tommy and the boys and are very pleased with the result ,from the moment he gave us a quote to the finish was a first class job .The workers were very clean and tidy and worked tirelessly to the end .I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

Tommy and his team were great. They dug out our old front garden got out a tree stump with their digger and got on with the job. They worked tirelessly for 3 days. They never left the job to go elsewhere. The men installed a herringbone pattern with a silver haze and charcoal edging we are over the moon. Included a L shape border for plants. People keep commenting on how nice it looks we are so pleased we chose Henderson to do the work.

We have used Henderson before and therefore asked them to do the new work. This consisted of moving the shed, and breaking it up, Then, moving the greenhouse. Only then could they start to take up the old paving slabs. The ground was thorougly flattened, and a membrane was laid to stop weeds and grass growing through. After that came the job of laying bricks in a herringbone pattern. Last, but not least they covered our old step in the same bricks and chamfered the edges. They then washed the front bricks, and took away the dirt washed down on the pavement.

Wow wow wow! I cannot recommend Tommy and his team enough. From start to finish they were absolutely amazing. Tommy gave us a quote and made sure he drove round every evening before he went home to check on all work carried out. The men worked tirelessly, and were always polite and friendly. Although we’re not quite there as the weather has conspired against us, the transformation in the driveway is amazing. Broken gravel and tarmac is now gone, to be replaced by a beautiful new block paved driveweay and exterior walls. Hendersons have just finished re-doing our driveway with a resin bond and have done an excellent job. They also replaced the garden fencing, with new posts and wooden panels, saving time and money and finished the job off well. The guys worked extremely hard, from 8am to gone 5/6pm everynight. All very polite and helpful. They stayed on the job everyday until finished (o/t when rain prevented). Didn’t have to pay any deposit, just paid once the job was done. No hesitation in recommending to others and will be asking them to do more work in the future.

Friendly approach from Tommy to provide a quote for a new drive, side walkway and patio, (very large area) . Previously had quotes for the same job, at a much higher price, compared to Tommy’s, his was much cheaper. I did have reservations on using somebody that gave us a cheaper quote, but how wrong was we, Tommy and his crew were excellent and so professional. We had our drive done a year ago and weeds were growing between the bricks. I telephoned Tommy and he was down to look at it within the hour. ( They were working locally). He arranged to have it sanded again and it was done the next day. I would alway recommend them.
